* cc_mslsa.c:
   Do not use the FAILED() macro to test the result of
ConstructTicketRequest().
   ConstructTicketRequest() returns positive errors and FAILED() only
considers
   negative values to be a failure condition.

   Also, close potential memory leak of LSA allocated memory.
