Fix build problem found testing certain combinations of options.

* k5-platform.h (PROGRAM_EXITING) [__GNUC__ && !_WIN32 &&
CONSTRUCTOR_ATTR_WORKS && !DELAY_INITIALIZER]: Define as zero.
