gssapi_krb5.h should define the RFC 1964 OIDs.  Currently this only
happens if GSS_RFC_COMPLIANT_OIDS is defined, but this macro is not
defined anywhere in the 1.3 headers.  

GSS_RFC_COMPLIANT_OIDS should either be defined on Mac OS X (as in
1.2.x) or removed entirely so that the OIDs are present on all
platforms.  The comments in the 1.2.x gssapi headers indicate that the
team wanted to define them on all platforms for 1.3. 

I'm assigning this to Tom initially because cvs annotate suggests that
he did the pullup from the 1.2.x branch.  Please reassign if necessary.
