Fixed, mostly.  Someone else who knows more about the windows side of
the build system should figure out how to fix it for windows, as I
probably just broke the windows build.

I have since been at the relevant Makefile to ensure that the Windows/Mac build
works. Both Windows and Mac include gssapi.h by preformatting it under Unix
using the awk-windows-mac rule in src/Makefile.in.
