The <Flags> and pushpin columns need to be described.  What are the 
buttons in the flags column and why do they do the same thing 
regardless of their colors?  What do the colors mean?

If these aren’t standard behaviors, they need to be documented:  the 
yellow squares and flags and the tooltips in the configuration tree 
view.

Any other non-standard behaviors need to be explained.
