For the items that are described in the users guide, the explanations 
are sufficient.  Its too bas that we have to tell the user to R2FMs 
instaed of just one, but that's the way it will be for now.

I didn't find an explanation of the squares, flags and tooltips in the 
configuration tree view.  Are those standard or non-standard behaviors?
