Let's start by having you install the latest beta client.
You can download a debug build from:

If this crashes, please download and install:

http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtools/debugging/installx86beta.mspx

Once installed, execute leash32.exe from within the debugger.  It should
provide the ability to capture the crash.  Once you have done so you can
create a dump file of the crash and send it to me.  Preferably via afs.
