Microsoft failed to implement 32-bit versions of the LSA credential cache functionality. Any attempt to probe the LSA cache from a 32-bit application will result in uninitialized memory being returned to the caller. Microsoft has advised that they will not add support for 32-bit applications until Vista ships. Jeffrey Altman
