They scroll off the screen just when you need to see them.

 What exactly is the behavior that you're seeing with krb5-send-pr?
 The program should work by constructing a template and starting your
 editor, as specified by the VISUAL or EDITOR environment variables.
 The template should include the categories list at the beginning, so
 if it is in fact scrolling off, this is more likely to be a problem
 with your editor unless something really weird is going on.
