Dear Sir, I am developing some program base on kerberos. I met a very strange pro= blem: I can not call some Kerberos API from Java via JNI (Java Native Interface= ). The sample code is attached: (See attached file: sample.zip) hello.c is the C code which providers 2 APIs, one is JNI API another is= C API. Both those functions call the same Kerberos API: KADM5_INIT_WITH_PASSWO= RD(?). Hello.c is compiled as shared library "libhello.so" by execute "make -f= hello.mk". HelloWorld.java is Java class which call hello.so's JNI API. You can co= mpile it by "javac HelloWorld.java" and execute by "java HelloWorld". HelloWorld.cc is C++ code, which call hello.so's C API. You can compile= it by "make -f HelloWorld.mk" and execute by "./HelloWorld". You can see, if the calling is from C API, KADM5_INIT_WITH_PASSWORD(?) = will be succeded. Return code =3D 0. If the calling is from Java, KADM5_INIT_WITH_PASSWORD(?) will be failed= . Return code =3D 43787528 defined as KADM5_PRC_ERR. I do not know what is reason, is it the bug of kadmin?
