This sounds like your problem. I sent this on July 8, to be fixed in
K5b6. Apperently it never got in.

The appropriate fix that we will integrate is to remove the definition of ruserok
from kcmd.c

I just had the same errors with K5B7a (10/11/96 src distribution). The
patch appears to still not be intergrated. The patch still fixes the
problem.
