The trunk needs to be synchronized with all the changes that have since
been made to the 1.2.2 branch.

This should be all that remains of the 1-2-2-branch merge; some
additional sanity-checking of merge needed though.

* krb5_32.def: Merge from 1-2-2-branch.

Checked exports of 1-2-2-branch; it appears that none of the functions
in the accessor was exported on that branch, so no additional changes
should be needed.
