client ever written. Yet, this code creates significant complexity.
In addition, for some bogus reason, we decide to redefine
ruserok in kcmd.c to get around a SunOS libc bug. This breaks builds
on the HP.
It has been scheduled to go away since last January.
I'm actually removing the code now.

The klogind and kshd code to handle rhosts is useed by noclient ever written. Yet, this code creates significant complexity.
In addition, for some bogus reason, we decide to redefine
ruserok in kcmd.c to get around a SunOS libc bug. This breaks builds
on the HP.
It has been scheduled to go away since last January.
