krb_change_password fails with EPIPE when sending the change password
packet. Specifically, the second krb_net_write() in kadm_cli_out()
returns EPIPE. Tested against the ATHENA.MIT.EDU realm.

This apparently works but the kadmind4 drops the connection if it gets
a policy error from kadmind.
