GSSAPI version 2 add a function called gss_inquire_mechs_for_name, but
I cannot find this function in libgssapi_krb5 nor in the header files.
(I noticed this while making my GSSAPI user authentication patches for
LSH use MIT Kerberos 5; a workaround is simple to come up with so it
is not a major problem.)
Thanks.
