Support for DNS SRV RR queries is supposed to be on by default on all
platforms now. We should remove the support for setting it otherwise,
so that the code is always compiled in and config file settings are
required to change it.

* aclocal.m4 (KRB5_AC_ENABLE_DNS): Drop --enable-dns and --enable-dns-for-kdc
options; turn them on always.
