Leash32.exe uses a new set of UDP ports for each communication with the
KDC. When Leash32.exe is configured to auto-renew tickets with a short
lifetime the number of UDP ports being listened to by Leash32.exe
increases over time. On my system after five days the number of open
ports held by Leash32.exe is 855 and growing.
