Using 2.6 beta 1 with Eudora 6 and SAP 6.2, I'm not getting Leash dialog
popups for GSSAPI calls from either app and for Eudora, not when using
IMAP and Kerberos v4 calls.

The glue between the pismere cvs sources and the krb5 cvs sources was
not properly setting the KRB5_KFW_COMPILE flag. This prevented the
necessary glue from compiling in the last 2.6 beta 1 build.
