KClient-Leash dialog popup needs improvement

Using Eudora with kpop, the Leash dialog pop up has two problems:

1) It is bound to the upper lefthand corner. It needs to be centered on
the primary screen.

2) the username is filled in with "/ATHENA.MIT.EDU"
