Subject: document Microsoft registry entries for accessing the TGT Session Key
Microsoft in Windows 2003 Server; Windows XP SP2; and a future Windows
2000 Service Pack do not export the TGT session key unless a magic
Registry entry is set. Make sure this is documented in the Windows README.
2004-01-30 Jeffrey Altman <jaltman@mit.edu>

* README: Update the text to include the details of the new
Windows registry keys necessary to access the TGT session key.
Also, provide details on the incompatibility of the gss.exe
sample client and the versions distributed by Microsoft.
