Leash tray widget does not update status with new tickets from popup

When acquiring new tickets via the popup authenticate to Kerberos, the Leash tray widget
does not update its status until the Leash window is brought forward. right clicking on the
widget shows that it does not see any tickets that were acquired and leaves the menu
hanging up. The icon is also still grey.

There is currently no mechanism for a third party application to send a
message to force an update of the SysTray icon. The SysTray icon is
updated on a timer. I think it is once per minute.
