The checkbox for forwardable tickets does not remember its last status. In a clean fresh
install, it always reverts to off.

For KfW 3.0, add the ability to either preserve the values from the last
dialog or reset them based upon the Kerberos Properties and Kerberos 5
Properties dialog values. This would be a new check menu item on the
Options dialog.
