The aes code isn't copying out the block specified as the outgoing
"cipher state". (Patch about ready, noting this for 1.3.2.)

BTW, this will probably break backwards compatibility with kcmd
(rlogin, rsh) in version 1.3.0 and 1.3.1 when AES keys are used.
