Subject: Leash32 ticket getting/renewal blocks the Explorer Shell Message Queue
Now that Leash32 is a system tray application, when its message queue is
blocked by a kerberos protocol operation, it is blocking the Windows
Explorer Shell message queue as well.

This is a show stopper bug that must be fixed before the final release
of KFW 2.6.
Threading logic has been added to Leash32. This was done to allow
worker threads to be used for the purpose of performing TGS request
operations. This should prevent the message queues from becoming blocked.
From Doug:

"From the first DNS query till the ticket obtained is now 0.3 seconds.
Much better then the 40 seconds last night.

"Its so fast I can't tell if the screen is locked up or not!"
