The following files need to be updated to reflect the latest assigned
constants from krb5.constants:

1) krb5_err.et (new error code KDC_ERR_MUST_USE_USER2USER)

2) cryptoconf.c (new DES3/SHA encryption types and checksum types)

Since none of these constants are actually used for 1.0, we don't
need to define them now, but this should be addressed after 1.0 is released.
