I tried to start krb524d by including it in rc.local. This
failed probablly influenced by the fact that it does not ignore
SIGHUP. I tried to use nohup but that didn't help. Interestingly, if
I nohup krb524d and background it as myself, it works OK.

At a minimum, it should ignore or handle SIGHUP.

I've checked in changes on the release branch to ignore SIGHUP.
That's all for now... we can work on calling daemon() later.
