Subject: Leash Destroy ccname FILE

It appears that Leash32 is locking the file and going into a 100% CPU
loop when destroying the cached credentials when they are set to a file.
One thing to note is that kdestory.exe does not have the same problems.

I am using the environment variable %KRB5CCNAME% and setting it to
"FILE:c:\temp\krbcache". Leash is able to create and renew, but uses
100% CPU time when I try to destroy the ticket.
