As far as I can tell, the obvious keyboard shortcuts do not pull up
the menu bar

Tapping alt also doesn't have the desired effect. I do not believe
there is a way to get to the menus from the keyboard.
Please confirm that the F10 does not work for you. F10 is the standard
CUA key for accessing menus.

We will work to fix the shortcuts.

Um, all the accessibility documentation I have been able to find says
tapping alt should work.


I'll look at f10, but that is certainly not what I'd expect or what I
would use with any other application.

Note that I don't consider this a blocker for 3.0.
A standard menu bar was added to the Network Identity Manager before 3.0
release in order to address this issue.
