With KFW 3.0 netidmgr trying to get credentials I get an error leading
to an alert box with the info:

Failed to load module MITKrb5

The DLL containing the module was not of the correct format

The list of version translations were empty or did not contain a
resource for the current user or system locale.

This is on XP SP1. It's in a UK English locale, which I guess from
the message is the problem, but I don't speak much Windows.
David:

Thank you for the report. We will get in touch with you shortly with a
patch to test.

Image not shown because sender requested not to inline it.

With both MITKrb5 and the OpenAFS module I receive the following error and cannot login to Kerberos or AFS:

"The DLL containing the module was not of the correct format.

The following information may help resolve this issue:

The list of version translations were empty or did not contain a
resource for the current user or system locale."

Any views expressed in this message are those of the individual sender, except where the sender specifically states them to be the views of Reuters Ltd.
This problem occurs when neither the user nor system locales are set to
"en_US". This will be corrected in the next release.

Hello,

Seems the software is not compatible with Windows XP Profesional.

During startup I see You currently have no credentials. Click her to obtain new credentials - click -> There is no identity provider currently loded ....

Some DLL  formats are not loaded onder Windows XP 32 bit platform.

Regards,
Pranas
There are known problems with NetIDMgr and none en_US locales.
These problems are fixed in the source tree and will be made
available in the KFW 3.1 release which is due out some time after
MIT Kerberos 5 version 1.5 is shipped.

Thank you for your patience.

Your bug should be resolved in KFW 3.1 Beta 1.

Please test.

Afraid I've left the lab from where I reported it, and can't test now.
