little or no problems with builds on Linux, HP-UX, and Sun Sparc. The
problem seems to be a timing issue in that a library that was expected
to be built (libdyn.a) prior to the make entering src/lib/rpc/unit-test.
We suspect this may be more of a make/gcc issue, but any help would be
appreciated. The following is from a gmake -d ....
No need to remake target `../../../lib/libcrypto.a'.
