Adding and removing identities doesn't work very smoothly.
If you add an identity it doesn't show up until you've closed the NIM
window and opened it back up.
If you remove an identity it doesn't disappear even IF you close the NIM
windows and open it back up... it appears you need to completely restart
the NIM. And if you try to click on it after reopening the NIM (not
restarting, just reopening), the NIM dies a horrible death.
Also, removing an identity doesn't remove it from the
...\Krb5Cred\Parameters\LRUPrincipals
registry entry.
