On the NIM "Options->General...->Kerberos 5" dialog, the section for
"Windows Options"... the "Import Tickets" drop-down only allows "Always".
There are no other choices. There used to be "Never" and something else.

The options are actually there. I think the real problem is that
visually you can't tell that there is more than one option because the
drop down list has a height of one. The minimum height of a drop down
list should be two.

the minimum combobox height will be 51 pixels.
