Upon reading of acgeneral.m4, it appears that the default is actually
for PREFIX/include. What gave you the impression that it was
EPREFIX/include?

According to config/pre.in

KRB5_INCDIR = $(INSTALL_EXEC_PREFIX)/include

plus, when I did the install, it used --exec-prefix instead of
--prefix (set using --prefix=/tools/share --exec-prefix=/tools).

OK, I was wrong. The real problem is that it does not install the include
files in the place specified for --includedir. Neil.
