Hi,
 
I installed KRB5-1.6 , on solaris 9 ( SunOS 5.9 Generic_118558-27)
 
run : configure --prefix=/usr/krb5
run : make
run : make install
run : make check  ( result in file : make-check.out)
 
run : kdb5_util create 
   Segmentation Fault - core dumped
can not runing ??

Thanks for the report. This is a duplicate of a known bug, ticket
#5293. The coredump is due to a bug when handling the nonexistence of
the database directory. This bug should be fixed in an upcoming
release.
