NIM: FEATURE: APP: Default Identity Context Menu

There should be another menu item on the NIM tray icon context menu
that allows switching the default identity. Something like "Set
default identity-> list of identities". Similar to how the delete
and renew options work. All identities should be selectable regardless
of whether or not credentials are present.

Attached is a image of the notification icon "set default" context menu.

Identities with credentials are colored following the color schema used
in the application window (green, yellow, orange, red). White
background means there are no credentials for the identity. Grey is the
item currently selected with the mouse.

The identity with the check mark is the active default identity.

Add a "Set default" sub menu to the Network Identity Manager
notification icon context menu. The submenu will display a list of
identities that the user can select as the default identity.

Each identity that is displayed in the sub menu will be colored the
same way it is colored in the basic view to provide a hint as to the
state of the credentials belonging to the identity.
