The plug-in configuration dialog needs to be improved to deal with
the following:
- Modules that failed to load should be listed along with the
reason why they weren't loaded.
- Modules and plug-ins should display the failure count, the last
failure time and reason. Along with an option to reset the
failure count or to retry loading the module.
- The dialog should display the configuration state of a plug-in or
module. This should make it obvious if a plug-in is loaded but
disabled in which case it won't load the next time NIM starts.
- If a change requires restarting NIM, it should make this obvious.
