It's possible to get the ticket options sheet off of the Select Identity dialog to lose its object
controller, making all of its controls disabled.

Isn't reliably reproduced yet.

Removed unnecessary code that was resetting options whenever the
array changes in the background. The problem is that any external
change to the ticket list will cause this to happen, even when the
options dialog is open.

Also removed unused function resetOptions.
