This was already mentioned in #5595 but I haven't found any particular
ticket dealing with this issue..hence this one.
As of both 1.7 and 1.8, there is no support for IPv6 in kpasswd, even
though kadmind seems to be listening on v6 interface. Adding this
capability would allow using kpasswd in purely IPv6 environment.
