Subject: Clarify that kdc.conf and krb5.conf are merged
KDC applications respect krb5.conf settings as well as kdc.conf settings, but the documentation
is not as clear as it could be (as evidenced by IRC communications today).

These two files are merged into the profile for KDC applications
