This is a known problem. Just rm -rf your kadmin/export and
kadmin/import directories. Basically the configure script wasn't
updated after some directories were removed from the release.

Here is my scenario...

Solaris 2.5

Running configure script

I get the following errors...

running /bin/sh ./configure --cache-file=../.././.cache-file --srcdir=.
configure: error: can not find sources in .
configure: error: ./configure failed for export
configure: error: ./configure failed for kadmin

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
