The system that failed to compile the source tar file "krb5-1.0.6.tar"
The "configuration" ran, but it fails when compiling the objects.
The current configuration of my system is:
"SUN solaris 2.6"
"GNUgcc 2.8.1"
"GNUstdlib 2.8.1.1"
"GNUmake 3.77"

And the error message that I receive is:

What is this?

This probably means the "configure" script couldn't find the "ranlib"
program on your system. Do you have it?
